customizing reports in EA
« on: September 18, 2006, 02:42:12 pm »
Does anybody know if it is possible to add some new properties in a diagram, that developers can fit in.
For example: I have some properties for  a kind of diagram, that developers must fit , like project name,  Architecture identifier,  comments, author, when to use, etc....
I want to add this properties for developers fit in.
After I would like to print this customized properties in a report.

I tryed to use Tagged Values,  I created some of them, and after I write values for them.

But I dont know how to print them in report...

I was drawing a template, but I cannot access these tagged values.

Help me please

Thanks

I don't remember off hand, but isn't there a HasTag() function for this purpose?

Also, remember that you can set up a tagged value so that it forces a choice from a predefined list. This sounds like it might work for you better than a freeform property.
No, you can't have it!

Do you know if it is possible to print these tagged values
in a template of report ?

I created a class with stereotype "model document",

Is there another way to add customized properties in a
documentation ?

I used tagged values, but  this is the better choice?

Is there another way?
