Print Preview - Paper Sizes
« on: September 26, 2006, 10:44:13 pm »
A couple of issues with Print Preview...

The Print Preview needs to indicate the name of the diagram being previewed...

It would be good if the Print Preview indicated the paper size being viewed.  We currently have both A3 and A4 paper available and our diagrams are customized to the appropriate size.  However, we can't tell which one is being displayed.

The zoom in and out buttons seem rather limited.  It would be nice to be able to have a set of standard zooms (such as: A3 paper fills the screen) so that if we say fit to 1 page for an A4 sheet, we can look at the screen and make a visual assessment of whether A3 would be better.

Yes.

There is much that can be done to simplify - and improve - EA in the whole paper size domain.
No, you can't have it!
