Suppress Constraints on Connectors
« on: October 12, 2006, 11:44:35 pm »
In another thread: BUG: Text block numbers vary I reported that the number of text blocks is different if you have a reflexive versus a non-reflexive Association.

This is a related issue.  EA places both the Stereotypes and the Constraints in the same text block.

There is no way to hide the constraint without hiding the stereotypes.

Can we have a checkbox on the connector saying []Hide Constraints in Diagram (similar to the one for an Operation's behaviour) this would allow better control of the display.  The default would be false (the current behaviour).

There is currently the same option available at the model level.

Tools | Options | Links | Suppress Link Constraints.

Thanx Simon,

I knew this, but I need it on a per-connector-per-diagram basis.

If that's too hard, I'll start with a per-diagram basis...
(or a per-connector basis)

I didn't think that would satisfy you.  I was just providing what I saw as missing information to your request.
