RaQuest: Enhancement for Navigation
« on: October 18, 2006, 05:44:51 am »
When using the up or down arrow keyboard keys to navigate the Project tree (or other tabs with list or trees in that area) or All Requirements tab, the summary tabs do not change and reflect the current highlited item.  If I click on the item in the list or tree, the item is refreshed in the summary tabs.

Also, if I choose properties (right click the package in the project tab tree), the 'Summary' multi-line text box does not word wrap.

Thanks!

-Don

And, if you right-click a package and perform an export or code engineering function (as examples), sometimes nothing happens.

This seems to occur if the package was not already highlited before you right-clicked.

Seems this is another instance where the Project View tree does not immediately update its current element.
No, you can't have it!

Hi Don,

Thank you for your report.

We found the word-wrap problem. It will be fixed on next build 039.

And about navigation problem in Tree, currently it's by design.
Because it's too slow if RaQuest show each requirement information when you use arrow keys.

Please press Enter key to show Requirement information.

I found a work-around for the 'arrow' process.  If I arrow down, then press enter, it will so the data.  Not much more work.  Thanks for the quick response!  Our company should be ordering RaQuest.  I really like what it does for us...
