Using Stereotypes & Tagged Values
« on: November 15, 2006, 10:53:35 am »
Hi guys,
We're having a problem using Stereotypes and Tagged Values.
We have 2 stereotypes defined on our Profile and both have Tagged Values. But when we try to set a stereotype on the class properties, the tagged values doesn't appear in the "view tagged values" area, at the right. The same problem occurred with 2 stereotypes within the same class. Does anyone has any suggestions to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry if this is too obvious for you, but when modelling your profile you have created attributes for the tagged values you want haven't you.  Actually adding tagged values to the stereotype class isn't intended to result in tagged values when the stereotype is applied.

See http://www.sparxsystems.com/EAUserGuide/index.html?definestereotypetags.htm for how to create tagged values in a profile.

Consider also the option to sychronize taged values and constraints. See "Synchronize Tags and Constraints" in help.
