IDEA: ICON Sizes

The distinction between small icons and large icons is TOO large...

Medium size icons would be useful - the difference between small screen densities and high screen densities can be very large these days.

Also, the ability to similarly alter the default font sizes for the various windows would be very useful.  Doesn't have to be fin grained - just

(*) Small   (  ) Medium   (  ) Large

would do.
