IDEA: Prompt for FK on PK drag

In a related topic: [size=13]BUG: DB Columns not set correctly on drag[/size], I noted that it is common practice to drag the primary key of one table onto another to automatically set up a Foreign Key relationship.  It would be nice if EA asked you if you wanted to do this as you dragged.

EA already detects the drag since it unchecks the [X] Primary Key checkbox.

Thoughts, Votes?
