Bug in RTF doc generator

Hi,

In the template I created of the standard 'use case scenario' template, every element the first row of the table is missing. This does not happen with the first element within a package!

I have a proof of concept RTF template, but I cannot figure out how to export it.

In order to export a RTF template you can use menu
Tools - Export Reference Data - "Templates - RTF Document"

I also found this issue, it only occurs when there are sub elements in the table.

Does any one know how to solve it?
