Documenting Assumptions

I'm not sure if some one has already logged this issue.
I have been using SA for some time now, I really see need to  have assumptions documentation space.
Like Project Management OR Test Cases Assumptions needs to be a 'service' provided across all the UML diagrams.
There needs to be an ability to consolidate/report the assumptions based on entities OR testing OR project Mgt etc.

While designing and managing projects we make lot of assumptions and we need a feature by which we can re-validate and re-create assumptions.

To me this is a must have feature. Let me know plans OR if there is already a way we can do this in Ver 7.0
