Compare baseline results XSD

You can export the results of a baseline comparison to an xml file.
Is there a downloadable copy of the XML schema for it?
I'm interested in converting the XML output into a more readable format e.g. "Port AXB1 Connector from AXB1 to SomeObject1 changed to AXB1 to SomeOtherObject2"
