Does anyone know how to create a multiplicity association using Engineering Association option of (0..1..*)?

I think you can do this by opening diagram properties on the diagram you want to change the notation on.  Navigate to the Connectors tab and change the notation to Information Engineering.

I'm not sure how to make the change for all diagrams.

it will display 1..* = ---|-(cross-feet) and 0..* (zero-to-many). However, I can key in the symbols (0..1..*) but it will not display no cardinality.

You go into setting, UML, Cardinality values tab. I tried everything..

Forgive my ignorance - I don't know the notation - but what does "0..1..*" actually mean? It seems to me that "0..*" has it covered because 1 is included in the range 0 to *
