Editing tagged values

We've been doing a lot of work with tags recently, and due to an import routine gone astray we've got lots of duplicate tags in our elements.  Is there a way that a feature could be added so that we could select multiple tags and delete them? Right now, you can only delete one at a time (and then the cursor is moved to the top of the tag list).

Also, if you are updating that part of EA, being able to edit the tag name would be useful as well.  Thanks.
