Improved lock functionality

Hi!

We're a scaling up the usage of the EA tool to ~50 floating licenses and people are starting to be bit annoyed that elements are unnecessary locked. We ask for:
* Possibility to have an extra checkbox "Include child elements" in the lock dialog which means that only the package itself will be locked and not the dialogs and elements below. (Today the include child will work for packages and that's fine)

* Make it possible to lock elements based on multiple selected items in the project browser. Today the only command is deleted!
