Compile and Debug ASP.NET 3.5 web site Project

I have question in regards to ASP.NET.

1. Is .NET version 3.5 spported by EA?
2. How to compile and Debug ASP.NET 3.5 Web site project?
3. How to generate sequence diagram and/or State charts?
4. Is there a white paper on this topic?

 have searched the forum repository, and couldn't find any related topic.

I appreciate your help. I am able to connect .NET project to EA project. At this time, this is the main hurdle i see before i can present a demo to the company's CTO and client.
