Add Use Case Notes into Structured Scenario

Please clarify is it possible to add use case elemets' notes into Structured Scenario (Scenario generation based on activity diagram)?

Not sure if this is what you mean

You can enter text into the Description tab of the scenario editor and have EA generate a structured scenario from the entered text

Hi. I mean following:
1. Create Activity Diagram for Use Case
2. Add some elements to Activity diagram(specify Name and Notes)
3. Generate Structured Scenario from Activity Diagram
4. I would like to see in Scenario as step description Element Name+ Element Notes.

Currently I can see Element Name only.

As far a I know you cannot do this out of the box
You could write an addin to do it
