Allow user to hide pagination lines

It would be great if the dashed pagination lines shown in diagram displays could be hidden.  The presence of the lines is especially confusing to me in sequence diagrams containing fragments.  The fragment partition lines look very similar, and this leads to a lot of visual confusion.

Please try: double-click on diagram background | select Diagram tab | check 'Hide Page Border (All Diagrams)' or uncheck 'Show Page Border (Current Diagram)'
