Since Tagged Values of type <memo> use the Notes field of the tagged value row (and are of datatype Memo - in .EAP files - like item Notes), can we have them support rich text format like "real" notes?

Does anyone know if this has happened?
I can't see anything indicating that it has in the v10 release notes here:

We're still running v9.3 build 930.

The only way to support this is to put in a feature request (see link at bottom of page)

It is certainly not in 10, and nothing appears to have changed in 11.
