It seems we don't need to submit feature requests
« on: June 24, 2014, 09:04:57 pm »
On the support page   http://www.sparxsystems.com/support/index.html  under 'Request a feature'  it says   "You can make an official feature request via the HTML form here, or in the user forum 'Suggestions and Requests' section."

So, no need to use the html form then if the request is logged here, as it automatically becomes 'official'?

No, no, no. Sparx staff repetitively said they read here just for kindness. Even the officially and such Sparx-feature-log-secret-system-queued entries seem to have low priority compared to those reported by trainers.

Remember what skiwi said: send a feature request. Have your friends send the request. Have trainers you know directly or indirectly send the request.

Yes, I know qwerty,  I was being sarcastic.  Perhaps Sparx should update that page.

"... send a feature request. Have your friends send the request. Have trainers you know directly or indirectly send the request."  is definitely the accepted wisdom."

But even then don't expect anything to happen.
