The MS Office 2013, VS 2012 and VS 2013 styles all have capitalized main menus. Any of the others won't be shouting at you.

Try one of the darker styles - they are much more usable now.

Ah, ok. I'm not that M$ affine to know such details. Any of those styles will cause eye cancer to me since it's all Mickeysoft. Some like it. I don't ;)
