Synchronizing Package with WSDL and XSD

I work with WSDL-first approach. I imported my WSDLs and XSDs to package. But I can't understand:

1. How can I synchronise the package according WSDL/XSD files next time?

2. Is it possible to merge the content during synchronization?

3. Can I merge documentation tags separatly from source code?
