Error debubggng .Net NServiceBusHost.exe

I get this error:

[329591904]      Error creating process: The request is not supported.

I can build and run the app from within EA just fine.

It determines the CLR version correctly.

Do I need to specify an assembly used to create the Workbench Objects.
