Task pane in 12.1

Hello.

I'm using the TOGAF 3.0 MDG AddIn, with version 12.1 of EA. 

In the help for the TOGAF addin, section 3.7 talks about TOGAF tasks available via the Task Pane. 

In earlier versions of EA, the tasks pane was opened from the menu "View | Other Project Tools | Tasks Pane", or using the key combination CTRL+SHIFT+9 .   However, in version 12.1, there is no such menu item, and that key combination does nothing(*).  Moreover, I can't find any mention of task panes in the documentation for EA 12.1. 

So, does anyone know, has the tasks pane feature been removed?  If not, how do one access it?   Otherwise, how does one make use of the tasks in the TOGAF 3.0 plugin?

(*) Actually, it caused me to try again, several times, and then frown deeply, but I doubt this is a designed behaviour.

The Tasks Pane was a very early interface for providing short cuts to tasks and procedures you might perform under certain roles or with certain tools. It was replaced in a couple of stages by the Learning Center, which recently divided into two - the 'task shortcuts' half expanded into the Portals you can select from the Start Page.

I don't know why the TOGAF (and Zachman) task shortcuts were not continued with the Learning Center and Portals, but I'd guess they were small subsets of the total range of tasks you could perform with EA, and perhaps offered only a small advantage over going into the Enterprise Architecture frameworks and working with the menus and key combinations directly. The Help for both TOGAF and Zachman is provided within the Enterprise Architect 12.1 Help and is up more up to date than the pdf you might be using.
