Stereotypes dialog - seriously broken!

The stereotype dialog initiated from the builder button (either from the Element Properties window or the Element Properties Form)  DOES NOT WORK any more.  To change the stereotype of an  element, you have to overwrite the value directly in the entry field!

More Serious EAUI!
