Help with custom report

Hy.
I'm a new user of Enterprise Architect. I've a needed that I can't solve looking at EA Forum or Help Contents (F1).
I want to put the information about Constraints in my custom report. This Constraints are linked to my Requirements.
I tried a lots of ways, but without success. Following above my Diagram (BPMN 2.0) and a fragment of Report Manager where I want put the information about Constraints.

Notes, Constraints, … are somehow hidden in several aspects but of cause they are somewhere stored in the data base.
I think you need to create a custom query to get the data from the data base to get the results shown by a custom template afterwards.
