Completely remove AddIn from Manage Add In window

Hi,

Is there a way to completely remove AddIn, that it will not appear in Extention -> "Manage Add In window"?

What is displayed in the Manage Add In window is controlled by the keys in the registry under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sparx Systems\EAAddins
and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sparx Systems\EAAddins
