Unable to launch Eclipse add-in

Hi -

I have installed the Eclipse add-in; however, when I try to run the add-in I receive the following error in a pop-up window "Eclipse must be running to complete this action.  Launch Eclipse now?".  

I receive this error even though Eclipse is already running.  I have tried to shut down Eclipse and let EA launch Eclipse but I still cannot see any Eclipse packages.

Any advice?  Thank you for your time.
