It would be great if you could implement Enterprise Integration Patterns. http://www.enterpriseintegrationpatterns.com/. With Enterprise Service Buses and other integration frameworks this would be a great notation to have. Right now we use Visio for this.

I'm not sure why I personally would want to do this when I could do it more accurately in UML.

Here you go, I created an MDG a few years back. Free for anyone to use, coz thats the sort of guy I am.

Just copy the file to a folder and point Sparx EA to it via the advanced button on the MDG dialog.

Next time you open up Sparx EA it should be listed

Yeah I stopped sharing my one drive space a little while ago as I re-organised it.
I've copied the EAI MDG based on the book by Grehgor Hope to GitHub so try this location.
