Upgrade EA License

Currently, we have PROFESSIONAL license of Enterprise Architect.
We need EA Ultimate Edition because we need some features that it have.

Question: Is there any way of just UPGRADING the existing license than to buy an ULTIMATE license?

Is renewal and upgrade the same?

How can I see that my current subscription have lapse already?

If it already lapse, do i need to renew it first then upgrade it to ultimate version?

No.

If your purchase was more than 12 months ago, then it will have lapsed.  If you are not sure, contact [email protected] and they will be able to lookup this information for you.

Yes.

If you send an email to [email protected], they will be able to confirm your current maintenance status and provide quotes for renewals / upgrades that you require.
