Scripting Window is missing

I cant find the Scripting menu item to open scripting.

V11.0.1106

Everything I have read says it should be in Tools menu, or View menu, depending on version.

Tools menu has :

Can anyone help me find this Wally of a menu item?

There are two possible reasons:

-View | Workspaces and Commands has this menu disabled
- You have the desktop or professional edition. You should have corporate or higher to get the scripting feature.
