Build 1304 appears to have just been released. Since i'm on the bus, I can't download it at this time. Anyone know if there will be release notes this time?

Looks like my copy of the 1303 build will be a "collector's edition".

I can't see any release notes - as usual.
I get the feeling we can request these until we're blue in the face but we'll still never get them.

On LinkedIn some Sparxian linked a more than 100 pages document describing the change from normal menus to ribbons. Have fun $:-\$

The release notes for 1304 should be a complete representation of all changes for version 13.
