SYSMOD MDG, release V2. or...

Hi,

does anyone know where to download the SYSMOD MDG?

http://model-based-systems-engineering.com/download/ contains the download. It mentions V2.0 but the MDG is V.1.0 and it looks as if there is something missing. May be I expect to much.

It was developed by SPARX and LieberLieber according to definition by Tim Weilkiens.

For example:
The Use Case should have a stereotype "Variation Point". The stereotype has no assignment to "UseCase". I can fix it by editing the *.xml.
The Properties of ibd don't allow the Stereotypes like "User",...

Has someone experiences with this MDG?

Hello Helmut,
not sure, but I assume the download is V2.0 even the MDG states V1.0.
I looked on SYSMOD a while ago, but without verifying if the MDG fully complies with SYSMOD.

Contacting LieberLieber might clarify this.

I personally decided to do my own thing after looking on all that.

? Is it possible to import both MDG Technologies? EA always wants to overwrite it.

? How can I make my own MDG Technologie with pictures and stereotypes.... Is it difficult?

Not easily unless the profile author has allowed them to be imported at the same time.

You'll need to update the technology name and id as well as all profile names and ids.

I imported the profile, but i believe there is something else corrupted in my EA.

I created a SYSML Block and wanted to change the stereotype.

There is only the Profile "SysML 1.5" available, but no other Profile , like "SYSMOD".

3 hours ago, everything was working. I dont know, what i did wrong. Can you help me again?

If the only profile available is SysML 1.5, it means you have selected the SysML perspective. Use the menu in the top right corner to select a different perspective, or All perspectives.

Thanks, now it works but I've got another issue.

Searching for "Sensor" in the Toolbox Search Filed, it will only show up, when typing "Se". If I enter "Sen" it vanishes.

Why is this filtering not working correctly.
