Server Busy Error on clicking addins

Hi,

I have created add-ins using VB6 but i am not able to debug it. I am getting the server busy error, it states that : The action could not be completed because the application Addintest-Microsoft VB6 is not responding. Choose Switchto and correct the problem.
 
I am stuck on this i even tried doing App.olerequestpendingtimeout and App.oleServerBusyTimeout but it is still not working
