is it possible to use the IBM Clear Case Remote Client as the SCC for the Package Control? What to do if so?

Does IBM clearcase offer the SCC interface?

If so, just follow the instructions in the help. Clearcase should come up as a provider when setting up package control.

ClearCase does indeed offer an SCC client, which can be used for version control, procedures explain very well in Help or User Guide

I know several large organisations in the UK who use both ClearCase and EA successfully

Cheers

Indeed, the STANDARD ClearCase Client provide an SCC Interface. But the Remote Client did not. The Remote Client uses the newer VSIP Interface, which is not supported by EA. The Remote Client is based on Eclipse, maybe there is an PlugIn available wich could manage the translation of SCC to VSIP?
