How to exactly set shape size in diagram?

In a hand drawn diagram I need to specify size of my shapes on it. I can't find the possibility to set size neither on properties windows or any other windows.
For example I need to specify web page canvas size exactly

You can't key it in (has been asked for already). Look bottom left of the window where the size is shown life during resizing.

When I want an exact size I use the Ctrl+Arrow keys shortcut and watch the size qwerty mentioned.
