Entering data into your meta model

I have designed a meta data model and would like to know how i can enter data through spreadsheets into my model. Is there a simple importing process to get data in?

The "out of the box" way is th CSV importer http://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.0/model_publishing/csvimport.html
