Relationships between relationships missing functionality

Aggregations (and Associations) between relationships DON'T show Roles Page in the Properties dialog nor a Multiplicity context menu item.  However, relationships between relationships & items DO!

I've only tried those two relationship metaclasses, but I suspect it's a generic problem.
