Exporting GAP Analysis Issues
« on: March 22, 2017, 03:35:47 am »
Hi everyone,
I noticed that when I export a package from one model and import it to another model using XMI import, I  loose all the GAP Analysis Notes in the new model.
Anyone know why these GAP analysis notes do not come with the package export? is there is a way to export them too.

Thanks,
Faisal

Thank you for your reply.
I tried it, and I was only able to transfer of the GAP analysis Profile names, but not the actual notes for this Gap Analysis Matrix. For whatever reason, I am not able to get the content of my gap analysis when I am exporting a package and importing it is a different project.

Any other Ideas?
Thanks
Faisal

Before exporting, make sure that you do Options | Update Current Profile on the GAP window.

I am not able to get the content of my gap analysis when I am exporting a package and importing it is a different project.
That is because the content of GAP is not part of any package.
