Not able to debug

Hi,
I am trying to connect a java project which is set up on debugging on a remote computer. I need to create a sequence diagram. I have connected it with EA v12. For the first time, the debugger runs successfully on the computer but after that the debugger does not stop at the break point no matter how many time I try. I even uninstalled the application and created a new project but still the same problem persisted. But when I tried to run it on different machine, again for the first time it ran successfully and yet again nothing worked.
Kindly provide me a solution on how can I get this issue resolved?

I need help on generating a sequence diagram. I have created a project added source files and built the project. I have set break points in my source file. But when i run the code through the debugger the execution does not stop at the specified point and getting a message in debugger as too many results :  2 record found.Please find the screenshot.Kindly provide me a solution on how can I get this issue resolved?
