Grid/Table Control/Widget

Apologies if this has been answered, but I couldn't find anything.

Is there a Grid/Table Control/Widget like the TABLE in the User Interface group of controls, but with (simple) properties you can set (Rows/columns/Scroll bar visible etc).

I know there is Screen Architect, but I don't want to spend as much for that as you need to for EA just to get a Table Control for UI diagrams.
