v15rc - Datatypes dialog, can't change the sizing values once specified; [Save]

In the Datatypes ( Develop | Data Modelling | Datatypes ) dialog, once you've set the sizing parameters, you can't change them (say if you made a mistake).  The [Save] button is always disabled.
