Element operations window is invisible/hidden

Hi,

There seems to be a bug in EA after upgrading to EA v13.5. 

When using multiple monitors, attempting to view the [Features->Attributes..] or [Features->Operations..] context menus of a element (e.g. a class object) it shows an invisible window - which just has a thin black border and the middle is see-through. This only occurs where the Operations window appears on a different monitor to the main EA application window.
