EA v14 beta - Where are the release notes?

The long awaited version 14 beta is finally been released, but unfortunately I can't find the release notes.

Yes sure there is a marketing page, but that is not the same as actual release notes that list each and every change.

Yes couldn't find it.
But in the installed folder  Readme.txt file contains the release notes for 14.0 beta

Hi Guys,
The release notes will be published in HTML format once EA 14 comes out of beta. There is always the chance of features being added or removed in the beta period - so nothing is set in stone at this stage.

When 14 is official, the release notes will be available from the following URL, however we will repost this link in the Latest News announcement at the time too.
http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/ea/history.html

In the mean time, as Arshad pointed out they are in the Readme.txt file in the EA folder which can be accessed from with-in EA from the Start Ribbon | Help drop down | Read me...
