Corrupt model file

Are SPARX able to fix a corrupt model file?
I've tried the recommended process but could not open the file in MSAccess because the file format is not compatible with the latest version of Access.
Please help. This is deeply frustrating.

try the option Repair .eap file.

in v14 at Configure | Model | Check Integrity | Manage .EAPX/.EAP file | Repair .EAPX/.EAP file
