Hello,

I am trying to change the symbol used for the bullet lists using the instruction I found at https://www.sparxsystems.com.au/enterprise_architect_user_guide/8.0/report_generation/user_defined_list_numbering.html defying a new list override. I defined such override inside the stylesheet but the configuration doesn't seem to stay because as soon I generate the document the bullet list goes back to the default symbol.

Are you sure, that you apply you changed style sheet when you generate?
