How to change the "Notes" window background color?

I know it is possible to change the "Notes" window background color if I set a different theme.

It changes to completely white or gray depending on the Visual Theme e.g. Office 2000 or Visual Studio 2013.

Is it possible to manually tweak "Notes" window background color?

Can I customize the theme to change this color?

Changing the color of a single note is done using the appearance options (bucket).

Creating your own theme is also possible.

I guess that purplex88 are not after Notes element but Notes dockable window.

AFAIK, we can not change background (and also default font) color of the window.

No, I don't think you can do that.

Because there is no GUI for doing that. Maybe there's a file somewhere in EA's guts that can be altered. Or, maybe, there's some code in EA.exe that can be patched.

No, I believe that Geert meant creating a diagram theme; that is, how a diagram and its contents are displayed.
