Hi all,

1. File suite:
When I create a new project what is the file suite that EA creates and maintains?
I see there is an FEAP file (or EAPX file), and an NTUSER.DAT file. What else?

Which files do I have to copy to make a back up?

2. Project file not being updated:
I see that the file date of my Project FEAP file is not always being updated. (FYI, working on my local drive.) I am working on my project now (15-Jun, 11PM), but the most recent time the FEAP file was updated was 14-Jun ~midnight. Is this normal?

Concerned about close my project file coz maybe it won't get saved properly.

Thanks

Avraham

If you have an .eap(x) of .feap model than that file is the one that contains the whole model.
There's nothing else to backup.

Great. So the NTUSER.DAT file is from something else.

And what about the problem with the date of the FEAP not being updated?

(If this was a Word document that would not update its disk file (a known phenomenon in the past), I could simply do a 'share' as an attachment and email it to myself.)

Thanks

Avraham

Not sure, I've never really used the .feap files, but I wouldn't think too much about it.
As long as you see the changes in EA...

Just google for ntuser.dat. It's some Windoze internal stuff.
