SyML Frames - Diagram details shown- objects not aligning

Objects subordinately align when diagram details is set with sysml frames.

create a sysml diagram, display diagram details set, admittedly difficult to read with the auto frame position, however, it seems to prevent objects automatically aligning, ie they "jump" subordinately. Remove diagram details and object alignment is fine. Can work without automatic diagram details visible, but ist a change to ways of working from v13.
