Invalid Archimate 2 Model Exchange File Format

We are working with EA 13 and Archimate2 and Archimate3 models. MDG Archimate 2 and 3 are enabled in EA. I only see Archimate2 dropdown menu in the Publishing menu. When I try to import an Archimate3 model exchange file with this dropdown menu, I have the error "Invalid Archimate 2 Model Exchange File Format".

When I enable the Archimate3 MDG (in Configure), should an Archimate3 dropdown menu appear in the Publish menu? If so, how do I make it appear? If not how do I import Archimate3 models?
