Main Diagram Tabs

Since upgrading to EA v14 the main diagram tabs are now at the bottom and I can't seem to find the option to move them to the top.

Is there a way to move them to the top? Don't mind editing configs/registry.

ribbon | Start | View | Visual Style | Visual Style... | Main View Tabs at bottom (restart)
