EA 9 and Windows XP

Hello!

Is it possible to develop EA add-ons on Microsoft Windows XP (Professional, Service pack 3, 2002 version) ?

Does EA run there (including automation API) ?

Sure it does. I'm developing add-in under XP. Probably 99% of all windoze applications run under XP. The remains are pre-XP.
